What is the corex sheet?

The corex sheets, also named as corrugated/fluted plastic sheets, are extruded from polypropylene resin which allows the sheets can be easily cut with the utility knife to the required size.

Unique features as perfect protection material

The sheets are not only repellent to the water, but also resistant to oils, almost all organic solvents at room temperature. This property lets them be the ideal protection material widely used in construction industries. The sheets are popular to be the temporary protections for wood or marble floor during the decoration.

Even the sheets are made of plastic material which is flammable, the sheets can be flame retardant, or nonflammable by adding special additives. The flame retardant additives are mix-melted into the polypropylene material when the fluted plastic sheets are extruded. So the property of flame retardance & nonflammability is stable.

The flame retardant grade of the sheets that our factory can produce is UL94 V2, and UL94 V0. Furthermore, our factory can make the FR sheets with the characteristic of anti-static which gives the sheets another function of dust repellent.
